Will my strawberry plants come back this summer ?

I have three strawberry plants that produced fruit last summer. I brought them in in the winter and the leaves all turned brown and died. I watered them a little bit weekly. Will these plants come back this summer outside again?

Strawberries need full sun so maybe find a sunny position in the garden and re plant them. Bit of fertiliser, water and mulch and should come back looking healthy.
Reply:Strawberries are sun plants so it is best to keep the strawberries outside in a sunny location. If you wish you can cover the strawberries with mulch and with a little fertilizer and some water it will hopefully be normal again. Good luck! =)
Reply:depending on how cold your winter was and how dry they got they probably will come back but the berries will not be as big as last years. better to buy new ones
Reply:Maybe but they sound dead to me. My strawberries have green leaves on them. Why did you bring them inside? You could cover them with a mulch if you live somewhere that gets really cold.
